I am so very excited to be able to re-open Pebbles doors and invite you all back in for treatments as of Monday 12th April 2021!

Please see below Pebbles Health & Beauty Covid-19 Protocol;

​

​

-Extra time between clients to disinfect all surfaces throughout the studio

​

-We shall be wearing disposable aprons and gloves where possible, and a mask throughout all treatments

​

-There is an electric hands free hand sanitiser available for use before and after your treatment

​

-All treatments will now be using disposable spa sheets and mitts instead of towels to avoid any possible contamination

​

-Clients are asked to leave any personal possessions including phones in their cars.  There will be a sanitised area in the studio for keys and wallets, which will be disinfected between treatments

​

-Water will be provided for in disposable cups or you are welcome to bring your own bottle

 

-Clients may bring in their own PPE to wear, however wearing masks during most treatments would be impossible, such as facials and massage.  Masks must be worn on entrance to the treatment room as government guidelines dictate.

​

-If any clients have had any symptoms of Covid-19 or a fever during the past two weeks then they are asked to please not attend their appointment and will not be charged for any cancellation, however short the notice

​

-Therapists temperatures will be taken on a daily basis as will every client who enters the venue, using an infrared thermometer

​

-Windows will be left open between treatments and if possible during treatments to allow for optimal air flow throughout venue

​

-Vulnerable clients or anyone who lives with someone who is at high risk are discouraged from attending any treatments

​

-Door is locked to the building whilst treatments are being carried out (as always) to minimise footfall throughout the venue

​

-The consultation area will unfortunately not be in use due to the fabric chairs not being sterile.  Consultations instead will take place digitally or at the reception desk.

​

-There is now an extra section within our new electronic consultation form which contains a COVID-19 symptoms disclaimer.  This is to prevent any possible side effects or reactions to clients who may or may not present potential coagulopathy issues, where massage treatments could prove a health risk.
